The majority of the items I sell are antiques and as such are not perfect or without flaws. I try my best to inspect and describe all items to the best of my ability but I am not perfect so please, if you have any questions, e-mail me and ask questions before you bid and before the end of the auction. Keep in mind that most of my auctions end on or around 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time and I typically turn off my computer by 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time MOST evenings. You are buying this item As-is, where-is and without a warrantee or a guarantee unless it is evident that the item is maliciously and intentionally misrepresented.
Payment: Payment is to be received within 3 days after you are invoiced by me. If payment is not received by then, the seller reserves the right to consider it a NON-PAYMENT and either relist the item or decide not to sell the item due to not abiding by the auction terms. If you know that you cannot abide by any or all of the above terms, please do not bid on this item. I will entertain any reasonable requests concerning my terms provided I am notified prior to any actions.
Buyers with 5 feedback or less: Understanding that everybody is a Newbie at one time, I am requesting that buyers with 5 or less feedback rating contact me, in timely manner that would allow a response to be given, prior to bidding. This is to assure that, being new to eBay, you are aware of the auction terms prior to bidding or purchasing an item. Failure to abide by this term will allow me the option to cancel your bid or relist the auction. The reason for this is to ensure you are a qualified bidder and also to protect the other bidders.
